DENVER, Colo. — Fresh off its third straight RMAC regular season and RMAC Tournament championships, the Regis University women's lacrosse team is once again positioned to be a regional and national force in 2023.

National coaches agreed with that sentiment as on Monday the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its NCAA Division II Preseason Poll, with the Rangers coming in at No. 9.

Regis received 404 vote points, coming in ahead of Rollins at No. 10 (375 points) and just behind the University of Indianapolis (UIndy), which came in at No. 8 with 436 points and three first-place votes.

East Stroudsburg, the NCAA Division II National runner-ups, top the poll with 613 points and 19 first-place votes.

The Rangers are joined in the top-25 by one other RMAC foe as Colorado Mesa University came in at No. 22 with 92 points.
