DENVER, Colo. – After a crucial four-game sweep of New Mexico Highlands University, the Regis University Softball was awarded accordingly with sophomore right-hander Kylie Harpman picking up her first Pitcher of the Week award in Week 10.
Harpman's award comes after posting a phenomenal 0.47 ERA in her 15 innings of work that included 21 strikeouts and only one walk against the Cowgirls.
In addition, Harpman kept her opponents to a .102 batting average and also recorded her first save of the season in Game Four.
The Fort Collins-native is currently 10th in the nation in strikeouts with 9.5 per seven innings and fifth in the conference in pitching with a 2.48 ERA, 141 strikeouts, and 95 hits in 401 at-bats.
