DENVER, Colo. — The Regis University women's lacrosse team has been tabbed at No. 7 in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) National DII poll of the regular season, released on Monday by the organization.

Regis finished the 2023 regular season with a 15-1 overall record and 9-1 mark in the RMAC en route to the program's fourth straight RMAC regular season title. The Rangers reached as high as No. 2 in the national poll this spring back on March 20th; the highest ranking in program history.

Topping the polls this week is undefeated West Chester (17-0 overall) as it received 12 of the 18 first-place votes, ahead of Pace University (15-1 overall). The University of Tampa, University of Indianapolis and Le Moyne rounded out the top-5.

Regis and co-RMAC regular season champions Colorado Mesa University (No. 24) were the two RMAC representatives on the national poll.

The Rangers will not go hunting their fourth straight RMAC Tournament championship this week as they serve as the No. 1 seed and tournament hosts. Semi-final action is scheduled for 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Friday at the Regis Turf Fields in Denver, with the RMAC Championship game slated for 12 p.m. on Sunday.
