Chase Mayo Harmon claims RMAC Offensive Player of the Week honors for Week 11

| By:
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced Monday the winners of the RMAC Player of the Week awards, with Regis University sophomore guard Chase Mayo Harmon earning Offensive Player of the Week honors for Week 11.

In the midst of a breakout sophomore season, Mayo Harmon produced another sensational weekend as he averaged 21.5 points on 72.7 percent (16-for-22) shooting while guiding the red-hot Rangers to road wins over CSU Pueblo and New Mexico Highlands University.

Mayo Harmon has now scored 18 or more points in every game during the Rangers' current four-game win streak and has shown the ability to score in a variety of different ways, shooting 46.5% from the floor, 41.8% from 3-point range and 84.6% at the free throw line.

After averaging 3.9 points per game as a freshman in a complimentary role, Mayo Harmon's scoring average is up to 16.9 PPG this winter; the sixth highest among all RMAC players.

Monday's announcement marks back-to-back weeks that Regis has had a men's basketball Player of the Week winner as Mayo Harmon joins senior forward Tarig Eisa, who took home Defensive Player of the Week honors in Week 10.
