Women's Basketball Releases 2025-26 Schedule

DENVER, Colo. – The Regis University Women's Basketball team has officially released its 2025-26 schedule.

The new-look Rangers will try to build upon a 2024-25 campaign that ended with a 13-15 record (11-9 RMAC), and a trip to the RMAC Tournament Quarterfinals.

Senior forward Jessica Bollwahn and senior guard Mary Crossland lead the team as the only two returners from last year's team.

Regis starts the season with two non-conference home games against Eastern New Mexico on November 14 and Angelo State (Texas) on the 15th. Eastern New Mexico earned a spot in the NCAA DII National Tournament last year. Following a scrimmage at D1 University of Denver on Friday, Nov. 21, RU completes their non-conference schedule with a home match hosting Rogers State (Okla.) on the 24th.

RMAC play starts in December, with a home opening weekend welcoming New Mexico Highlands on Thursday, Dec 4, and Fort Lewis on Saturday, the 6th. The final game of 2025 is at Western Colorado on Dec 13. WCU was the #2 seed in the RMAC tournament last year, and ended RU's season in the quarterfinal round.

Regis brings in the new year with a road match at Colorado Mesa, the 2024-25 RMAC regular season champs, on Jan 3, then returns home to host Black Hills State and Chadron State on January 8 and 10. After traveling to UCCS, last year's RMAC Tournament Champions, and CSU-Pueblo on the 15th and 17th, the Rangers come home to host MSU-Denver and Colorado School of Mines for a pair of mid-week games on Tuesday the 20th and Thursday the 22nd. RU finishes the month at Adams State on the 29th, who earned an at-large bid to the national tournament in 24-25, and at New Mexico Highlands on the 31st.

February starts with a home game against Westminster, Thursday the 5th, then Colorado Mesa on the 7th. The last road weekend sees games at South Dakota Mines on the 12th, and Black Hills State on Valentine's Day. Regis then hosts Colorado Christian on February 19, and UCCS on Feb 21. Their final away game is a Tuesday night game at Colorado School of Mines, and the regular season concludes on February 28 against MSU-Denver.

The RMAC Tournament will run from March 3-7. The top eight seeds in the regular season standings earn a bid. The 1-4 seeds host a first-round game on Tuesday, March 3, with the highest remaining seed hosting the semifinals and championship games on Friday, March 6, and Saturday, March 7.
