COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has released the fourth edition of its 2025 Baseball Players of the Week, and Regis Right-Handed Pitcher Aidan Brainard has been voted the Pitcher of the Week.
This is Brainard's first Pitcher of the Week award, and he is joined by the Player of the Week, Colorado School of Mines Infielder Jackson Babcock.
Brainard earned a win on the road this week, as the Rangers battled California state University-Los Angeles in Fullerton, Calif. The junior from Littleton, Colo. threw six innings, allowing only three hits, and relinquishing no runs. He struck out a total of 10 batters, and walked just four. Regis would go on to win the match, 9-1.
Brainard and the Rangers return to action on Wednesday, March 5, hosting the University of Sioux Falls (S.D.).
