Regis Jesuit High School
Ames was an All-League First Team selection during her junior season after earning honorable mention as a sophomore. She was the team's Rookie of the Year as a freshman. In three high school seasons she played 50 games, scooping up 73 ground balls as a defender and she also scored nine goals. In the community, Ames completed over 100 hours of community service which is something that will fit in with the culture of the women's lacrosse team and Regis University quite well.
