2021 | Graduate
Berg started all 16 games for Regis and was one of the best players in the region... she earned multiple accolades leading to All-RMAC Midfielder of the Year and RMAC All-Academic Player of the Year awards... she finished her season ranked in the top-seven in all of Division II women's lacrosse players in draw controls per game (6th, 7.23 per game), caused turnovers per game (7th, 2.92 per game), and ground balls per game (7th, 4.15 per game)... She led all the RMAC in each of the previously mentioned categories... for her career, Berg finishes as Regis' all-time leader in ground balls per game (3.76) and caused turnovers per game (2.59).... she also moved into second all-time in draw controls per game (4.65) and has the fourth-most draw controls in Regis history with 172... her 139 ground balls and 96 caused turnovers rank fifth all-time in the record books... and she did all of this in only 37 total games as a Ranger.
2020 | Senior
Started in all four games in the 2020 season that was cut short due to COVID-19... ranked second on the team with 16 ground balls and nine ground balls... led the team with 16 draw controls... scored six goals on only 11 shots with 10 of them on goal.
2019 | Junior
Started 14 and appeared in 17 games in 2019... recorded 20 goals... added six assists... finished with 26 total points... had a .853 shots on goal percentage... scored one game-winning goal... scooped up a team-high 61 ground balls... ranked second on the team with 37 caused turnovers... 40 draw controls ranked fourth on the team... registered a season-high four points in a 16-9 win over CSU-Pueblo on March 24 which included a season-best two assists... recorded a season-high two goals in three different games... secured a season-high six ground balls on two occasions... finished with four draw controls in three games... caused a season-high four turnovers in three separate games... earned All-RMAC Honorable Mention during her first season as a Ranger.

Was named WCLA First Team All-American all three seasons at CSU (2016,17,18), WCLA Midfielder of the Year in 2017, and made a WCLA National Semifinal Appearance in 2016.

Played field hockey for the Syracuse Orangemen, making an appearance in the Division I National Championship in 2014.Â

A 2014 graduate of Air Academy High School... Lacrosse Career: Berg received All-Area and All-League Honorable Mention as a Freshman... All-League First Team and All-Area First Team as a sophomore... All-Area First Team and All-State and All-America Honorable Mention as junior... and All-League, All-State and All-America First Team selections as senior ... Helped lead Air Academy to back-to-back state final four appearances ... was a defensive midfielder on state champion lacrosse team in 2012 ... was named Lacrosse Sportswomen of Colorado in 2015 ... Air Academy won the State Championship in 2012 and 2014 ... Field Hockey Career: 89 career points on 36 goals and 17 assists ... 42 points on 14 goals and 14 assists as senior in 2013, ranking second in state in points and third in goals and assists ... Led state in goals (22) and points (47) as junior in 2012... her team posted a 15-3 record in 2012 as state runner-up and then went 12-5 in 2013 as state semifinalists... she was named Offensive MVP in 2012 and was named the team MVP in 2013... was a reserve guard on 4A state champion basketball team in 2012 ... was named to the All-State Defensive Team in 2014 and was named Air Academy Woman Athlete of the Year in 2014.
Personal
Daughter of Christine and Karl Berg, has two older brothers, Ethan and Jeremy, and one twin sister, Natalie. She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Project Leadership and Management and she desires to become a Division II lacrosse coach or a project manager in a healthcare system.
