COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – After finishing the regular season on top and earning the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament, the Regis University softball team was well represented on Wednesday when the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced its All-Conference teams.
Five different Rangers earned recognition, with sophomore infielder Miia Campos being named a First Team All-Conference selection for the first time in her young career.
Campos' First Team All-Conference selection comes after a season in which the Tucson-native found herself in a foundational role for the Regis squad. She started all 54 games she appeared in at third base and ranks third on the team in batting average at .351. Her stellar season also featured a team-leading 43 RBIs on the season, a number that also has her ranked seventh in the conference.
In addition to Campos' First Team All-Conference selection, Regis had three players in Jessi Case, Kylie Harpman, and Rachel Williams who were named Second Team All-Conference members.
Case's Second Team All-Conference selection marks her third year in a row that she's been voted to an All-Conference squad. She started all 54 games and leads the team in runs scored with 56 while ranking second in batting average (.359) and slugging percentage (.558).
The fifth-year is also arguably one of the quickest players in the conference, leading in stolen bases (40) and triples (9) while also ranking second on the Regis squad in extra-base hits with 23.
Harpman continues to lead the Rangers in the circle, and her Second Team All-Conference selection reflects that. The sophomore's number of strikeouts (184) is the second-best in the conference while her ERA (2.38) ranks her fourth.
Keeping her batters on their toes, the Fort Collins-native posted an opponent batting average of .236, the best on the Regis squad and fifth-best in the conference.
Harpman was also named to the RMAC Gold Glove team, awarded to the player with the best fielding percentage at their position.
Rounding out the Second Team All-Conference selections for the Rangers is sophomore utility, Rachel Williams.
Williams' Second Team All-Conference selection is the second for the Camarillo-native, following a 2023 offensive performance that topped the Rangers' leaderboards.
The second-year was one of the tougher outs in the RMAC, leading both in walks (40) and on-base percentage (.500). She also leads the Rangers in home runs (7), doubles (13) and extra-base hits (24).
In addition to the four All-Conference selections, Regis also had freshman outfielder Olivia Wick, who had hit an even .300 with six home runs and 37 RBI in her first season at the collegiate level, earn RMAC Honorable Mention.
