DENVER, Colo. – The Regis University Athletics Department is proud and excited to announce a partnership with Influxer, giving our student-athletes the opportunity to monetize their name, image, and likeness (NIL) with personalized merchandise.

"Regis University is proud to partner with Influxer for NIL deals for all of our student athletes," said Regis Director of Athletics & Strategic Partnership, Tommy Gilhooly. "Influxer has a proven track record of success not only within this market, but also in the RMAC. This opportunity does not block Regis student athletes from pursuing additional NIL opportunities but rather gives us a base for these important programs moving forward. A special thanks to Deputy Director of Athletics/SWA Kate Whalen for managing this process for the department and students."

This partnership allows each student athlete to create their own online store, where friends, family, and fans can buy high-quality merchandise, personalized with their favorite athlete's NIL. The student-athlete then receives a majority of the profits from each sale.

"The NIL landscape is constantly evolving and working with Thomas Gilhooly has been an amazing opportunity to see the vision they have for Regis University (Colorado) providing great options through Influxer for their student-athletes. They see this as not simply a transactional opportunity, but as an opportunity to develop long term skills for life," said Influxer VP, Keith Miller.

Influxer, who is partnered with over 400 schools, provides training and handles tax documents to assist student-athletes in their NIL journey. Sales through Influxer benefit both the individual student-athlete and the Athletics Department through a mutual licensing agreement. Deals through Influxer are non-exclusive, allowing student-athletes to pursue other NIL opportunities as well.
