Made appearances in 27 games, including nine starts, during the condensed 2021 season … Registered a 2-for-4 performance, consisting of a home run and a double, to go along with a share of the team-high two runs scored, two RBI, and a walk in the Rangers’ doubleheader opener against Colorado School of Mines on May 5 in Golden, Colo. … Posted a 2-for-4 showing, including a double, in addition to a run scored and an RBI in Regis’s 13-7, come-from-behind triumph at No. 21 Metropolitan State University of Denver on May 1 in a doubleheader opener … Also went 2-for-4, including a triple, and had one RBI in RU’s 10-5, series-opening win at CSU Pueblo on March 5 … Closed the season with a .306 batting average, including one home run, one triple, and three doubles, and had nine runs scored, eight RBI, seven walks, and a stolen base … Additionally had a 1.000 fielding percentage, consisting of 12 putouts and one assist.  

2020 | Junior
Started in three of the six games he played in during the shortened 18-game season … Went 2-for-4, including a double and one run scored, in the Rangers’ doubleheader opener at Concordia Irvine on Feb. 8 … Also scored a run and drew a walk in Regis’s 10-2 win at Washburn on Feb. 21 … Finished the season with a .200 batting average and a 1.000 fielding percentage, including two putouts and one assist.

2019 | Sophomore
Started 20 of the 27 games he appeared in ... Collected 17 hits in 65 at-bats for a .262 batting average ... Beyene recorded a career single-game high four hits in a 20-8 win over Adams State on April 27 ... Scored 14 runs while tallying four RBI ... Had a .277 slugging percentage and a .342 on-base percentage ... Successfully stole three bases on three attempts ... Beyene had a fielding percentage of .867, with 12 putouts and one assist.

2018 | Freshman
Appeared in 10 games while making four starts ... Hit his first-career home run against Northern Colorado on March 27 ... Collected a total of three hits and added five RBI ... Scored six runs ... Stole one base and had one putout in the field.
