COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Regis University women's golf team clinched a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) All-Academic honors, including junior Kate Keuss, who earned RMAC All-Academic First Team honors while sophomore Trinity Corwin made the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll, the conference office announced on Friday.
 
Keuss (Saint Louis, Mo.), who is majoring in accounting and maintains a 4.0 grade point average, has had three top-20 finishes in competition this season, including a pair of top-five finishes. She had a share of the Rangers' best score with a 7-over par 151 at the Sept. 9-10 Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational, where she placed in a tie for fourth overall individually while the team finished third.
 
Corwin (Schaumburg, Ill.), who majors in business management as well as minors in coaching and keeps a 3.778 grade point average, posted one finish each in the top 20, top 10 and top five in competitions this season. She paced Regis at the March 9-10 Warrior Vegas Invitational, where she shot a 9-over 153 for the tournament en route to a third-place result individually. RU settled for fourth as a team.
 
This marks Keuss's second time earning this accolade and Corwin's first time on the honor roll.
 
Senior Jennifer Hankins of Metropolitan State University of Denver was named RMAC Academic Golfer of the Year.
 
To reach minimum eligibility consideration, a student-athlete needs to maintain at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters.
