NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has honored 568 student-athletes from 65 different institutions on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll, including six members of the Ranger's squad. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

Graduate goalkeeper Brigit Goetsch and senior attacker Maggie Schipfer are repeat selections from 2025, while senior attacker Noemi Ramirez, junior defender Abby Mays, junior attacker Eva Searle, and junior midfielder Lexie Springman all garner their first accolade.

Goetsch is an Accounting major boasts a 4.0 graduate GPA to go with her 3.93 undergraduate GPA. She had a historic season in the cage for the Rangers, starting all 20 games for RU, posting a 14-6 record, and recording a Regis record 195 saves, third best in NCAA DII. Those saves came on a .515 save percentage (3rd-NCAA), and Goetsch held opponents to 9.84 goals per match. Her 57 ground balls also led the team and is a top-10 mark in program history.

Schipfer led the Rangers with 58 goals scored, landing over 69% of her shots on goal. Schipfer added 13 assists for a total of 71 points. She added 27 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers, and two draw controls, while posting a 3.66 GPA in her Nursing degree.

Springman, a Health and Exercise Science major with a 3.81 GPA, was one of the most prolific free position scorers in the nation this year, scoring 21 times, third most in DII. She was the Rangers' team-leader in points (73) and assists (24).  She also scored 49 goals, while picking up 12 GB, causing seven turnovers, and controlling eight draws.

Mays led RU with 33 caused turnovers, and collected 36 ground balls. She also controlled three draws while leading the Rangers' defensive line. She has a 3.81 GPA while pursuing a degree in Nursing.

Searle, a Nursing major with a 3.872 GPA, played in 15 matches in her first season with the Rangers. She scored eight times to go with two assists, and put 11 shots on goal. She picked up two ground balls and forced one turnover.

Ramirez holds a 3.50 graduate GPA in her Health Care Administration program to go with her 3.778 undergraduate GPA. However, Ramirez missed the season with injury.
