Rede, Conn, and Fullerton Named to All-Academic First-Team, 27 Rangers Make Academic Honor Roll

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has announced it's 2025 Baseball First-Team Academic All-RMAC Team and Academic Honor Roll on Thursday, and 27 Rangers have been honored for their academic accomplishments.

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average, have completed two consecutive semesters at their current institution, and have used a season of competition.

To be eligible for the All-Academic Team, student-athletes hold a 3.50 cumulative GPA, while meeting the other criteria above. The league's athletic communications directors for that sport vote to compose the First Team Academic All-RMAC and select the Academic Player of the Year. They are not permitted to vote for their own student-athletes.

Clayton Conn, Maxim Fullerton, and Garrett Rede all earned spots on the Academic All-RMAC Team for the first time in their careers.

Rede, a senior outfielder, is pursuing a degree in biology, and boasts a 3.97 GPA. He recorded 65 hits on .385 batting average, including 15 doubles, three triples, and eight home runs. Rede scored 60 runs, and batted in 56. In the outfield, he totaled 112 putouts and assisted on three, recording no errors. Rede was named to the All-RMAC Second-Team, and earned a Gold Glove for his defensive play.

Conn, a senior shortstop, holds a 3.86 GPA and will graduate with a degree in software engineering. The RMAC leader in stolen bases (28) batted .322 with 59 hits (12 doubles, three triples, and four home runs), and scored 71 runs. Conn, who was also named the First-Team All-RMAC Shortstop, contributed 49 RBIs, and held a .486 on base %.

Fullerton, a senior outfielder studying Health and Exercise Science, earned a 3.67 GPA. He batted .371 with 12 doubles, two triples, and eight homers, totaling 59 hits. His slugging percentage was .623, he batted in 49 runs, and scored 38.
